Work with Dr.: Your dr. Should/would know you best. 20 mg of citalopram is fine, the 75 mg of Hydroxyzine is safe, but on the high side. Depending on your weight, or exactly how severe your insomnia is, then the 75 mg dose may be fine. Best wishes.

Usually-stand slowly: Usually tolerated okay at those doses, but recommend standing slowly at first if noticing any dizziness or lightheaded feeling.

It's safe, but...: ..To me it depends how it's prescribed. I would want you to start the Hydroxyzine at a lower dose, like 25mg and first see if that dose will help you sleep. If it doesn't, then increase in steps to 50, and then to 75, if necessary. With citalopram, i would want you to start with 10mg for at least 4 to 5 days, if not more, to make sure you tolerate it before increasing to 20 mg.
