See a TMJ Doctor: If all the test mentioned resulted to negative findings, have your temporomandibular joint checked by a dentist . If the jaws are not aligned, it can cause vertigo that can be caused by the irritation of the bilaminar zone behind the joint . You may need to wear a proper splint and later on, an orthopedic appliance, .. If that's the case.

Sinus problem: If this was an impacted maxillary tooth there could be a fistula into the sinus causing these symptoms. Ent physician should be able to run this down. Maybe a visit to the dental surgeon first will uncover whether or not a fistula exists.

Some thoughts: Both my colleagues who have already answered your question gave you some possible reasons and i agree that they are possible. Personally, i doubt that your symptoms are related to the removal of your wisdom teeth. Sometimes these things just go away without knowing what caused them. Worrying about it sometimes perpetuates the symptoms. Has your primary care physician also seen you?

Unrelated: I know you have been advised to see your pcp (md), but they would send you to an ent, which is correct. If the MRI did not show any pathology (needs to be diligently looked at), i believe the wisdom teeth are not at all related. Your are 18? Stressed? Hydrated well? Dieting? These are possibilities. Jaw joint problems are too soon implicated, and in my opinion unlikely. Lifetstyle?

Vertigo: While i agree with all my colleagues who've previously answered your question, there is a condition which is a rare complication of oral surgery known as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, or bppv, which can occur if the tiny particles in the ear are dislodged. There is a maneuver that can be used (the epley maneuver) which may help in repositioning the particles. See an ENT otologist-much more.
