A member asked:

What are the risks of taking medication for depression or anxiety?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Exercise: Any medication has side effects and those need to be weighed against the good the medication does. Regular aerobic exercise is nearly as effective as medication for mild to moderate depression. Exercise at least 30 minutes/day, at least 5 days/week, preferably in the morning. Wish you good health!
