Need more data!: Doubtful electrolyte imbalance, but make sure you aren't missing any vitamins, such as B-12, which can affect nerve/muscle interaction. Is there any pain there? Lower back pain? Can it be massaged out, even temporarily? I would agree that a complete medical history and examination could help you find the source, and address it logically. Although not likely, it could be a type of seizure.
