Tremors. pain swelling from head to toe on rt side of my body vision loss cognitive decline only one side of my body feels this. i have memory loss. no taste no smell. its been going on a year now and progressing. all test are normal mri ct scan?

Did you go through a covid infection last year? If so long covid may explain all these symptoms. If you haven't been thoroughly evaluated by a neurologist, do so. If you have, I recommend being evaluated by a neurologist at a university hospital near you.
