COMPLEX: Not so sure this is simple parkinson's, and there may be a different underlying disorder here, especially in a female of your age. The lack of response to l-dopa is especially concerning. Strongly urge you seek a second opinion asap at the nearest medical school neurology clinic and get consultation from a movement disorder specialist.
