All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, wbc count of 3.0 may be normal, unless it has changed significantly, this is not a likely explanation of your symptoms. Start with you primary care provider. Wish you good health!

Would start with your primary care doctor or an internist. See no rationale for hematologist or neurologist at this point. One option to consider is a virtual consult on our paid portion of the site to get a basic evaluation and some direction to proceed. (www.connect@healthtap.com)
