Saline nasal washes: Try Saline nasal washes. The hypotonic saline is soothing and moisturizing to your nasal passages and can help maintain them so they aren't fragile and bleed. It also washes out any mucus that has built up. Also use a little bit pf petroleum jelly swabbed around the inside of your nose to prevent the moisture loss.
