Worried about blood in mucus? sinus problems the past couple weeks. just got back from out of country. dark blood. only nasal drainage and headaches.

Exam: Blood in your mucus may be because of nasal congestion or a respiratory infection. Furthermore, blowing of the nose often may create broken blood vessels. I suggest an exam at a medical clinic as soon as possible to determine if you have an infection or other condition which can be treated. I wish you well with your health!
