I have been experiencing some cold like symptoms over the last 3 days- nausea, diarrhoea, body aches, and a runny nose. i know some of these symptoms wont point to covid19, however should i get tested anyway? how would i go about getting tested?

Possible COVID: Screening is available locally, and please check with your public health department. Stay home, isolate, use Tylenol rather than Motrin to treat fever. Drink fluids and rest.
