I've been in contact with a person who tested positive for covid-19. i have been showing symptoms such as constant headaches and body pains, nausea, sore throat and dry cough. should i go get tested as well or just self isolate for 14days?

Wear a mask, stay away from others, practice hand hygiene. Be sure to get tested, if you get symptoms. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital, immediately.
