I have come down with a cold. my symptoms are nasal congestion, headache and minor body aches. it is day 4 today, but my congestion is still bad. what can i do for that? and should i get tested for covid19?

Given the prevalence of Covid, yes, you should get tested. For nasal congestion, usually start with over-the-counter medications: sudafed, Flonase, Afrin (limit to 3 days) and vitamins, especially vitamin C.
