Hi there, i extracted my back bottom wisdom tooth on the 11/08/2020 just before 13:00. after the anaesthesia wore off, i started to feel pain in my jaw area and the whole right side of my face. as it is i'm up at 03:00 am on the 12/08/2020?

Postop: This is not unusual. Your oral surgeon should have prescribed pain medication for postextraction pain. If you already took some medication.notify the oral surgeon that you are still in a lot of discomfort.

Confusing: Your email indicates you are still having pain a moth after extraction. If so see hyor Surgeon for care, you may have residual infection. If the date differential in her question is a typo, and you are immediately post-surgery, for Surgeon should have given you specific instructions and a Rx for meds .Call or surgeon.
