4 years ago, i had a large haematoma removed from my buttock. however i see it has flared up again, and am self conscious as i looks as though my one buttock cheek is bigger than the other . in surgery they said it was 8x8 cm .

Hematoma: Why do you get hematomas? Is it hematoma or abscess? Do you have a bleeding issue or are on blood thinners, trauma? A large hematoma , should be monitored as it can compress nerves . .F/U/W MD/ ER for evaluation.
