You are fortunate that you survived the epidural hematoma, and a traumatic brain injury of this sort can eventually lead to headaches. Key is management of the "migraines" and numerous preventative meds are available. See a headache specialist and arrange initiation of perhaps a CGRP item, as this can help immensely.
