COVID19 Asymptomatic: Individuals with exposure to COVID-19 positive patients should remain home and self quarantine for at least 14 days from most recent exposure. Higher risk exposures involve close contact (less than 6 feet) for over 15 minutes. These exposed individuals should self-monitor for symptoms and perform twice daily temperature checks. If symptoms develop then will need to isolate and obtain testing.

COVID concerns: The first question would be if your friend is COVID 19 positive? If yes, even if pre-symptomatic there is some chance of infection. It sounds like you were physically close but that the interaction was under 10 minutes. The fact that windows were open with air on - is also a positive because that means their was some ventilation. If concerned - would contact friend about COVID status. Take care
