Does standing under the sun ray help with covid 19? is it advisable to have windows opened during the isolation period?

Sunshine: Standing (or sitting) in sunlight will not help you recover any quicker. If you are already infected and isolating alone, open windows will circulate the air which is always good, but again, will not help in your recovery.
