I had 3 babies in less then 3 years. my youngest is 1.5, but i still have hip pain. if im up walking around a lot i am in excruciating pain. also one of my legs goes numb. i did have 3 csections. what can i do?

Hip pain: With your history of pregnancy and C sections, I would suggest a close evaluation with your primary doctor to see if the hip pain is coming from surrounding muscle/tendon/joint issues or if there is some nerve impingement - which is possible with the numbness you describe. This early evaluation can make the treatment plan more effective in the long run.
