COVID and headache: Thanks for clarifying that. No, headaches are a very common symptom with COVID 19. One study showed 13.6 % of COVID patients studied had a headache. Some people are worried about becoming hypercoagulable with blood clots to the brain but most people just have the type of headache that comes with upper respiratory infections.
