My throat was really sore a few weeks ago and i thought it was covid, i tested and it wasnt. could it be that due to not drinking antibiotics for my tonsillitis it made it come back?

Not enough info: Did your symptoms improve and then worsen recently? Don't know what your diagnosis was a few weeks ago. If your symptoms resolved and now you have symptoms again - this could be an entirely new infection (to possibly include COVID 19.
