I have a persistent sore throat. it hurts when i talk and swallow or eat, although it is not unbearable. i do not have a cough, fatigue or fever and do have a history of tonsillitis but it has been a while since they flared. could this be early covid?

COVID 19: Could be strep throat, mononucleosis, COVID 19 or a variety of other condtions. COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
