You need to go to the ER NOW if you are having respiratory symptoms. The ER will not only do a COVID-test but also check your respiratory status (e.g., is your oxygen saturation OK or do you need supplemental oxygen). In the meantime, act as if you DO have COVID: quarantine; wear a mask. When you get your results, alert all the people you have been in contact with for 5 days before your symptoms.
