Not diagnosed with diabetes. normal fasting glucose is usually 90-100 last night i ate beans and rice and chicken burrito finishing meal about 10pm. tested at home with home monitor blood at 8:30am and glucose around 122. should i be concerned?

Question re-diabetes: The normal fasting glucose level followed by clinical doctors is 126. Labs have their own ranges of “normal” for their purposes. If you do not have diabetes then the above number fasting should be followed. Sounds like your value was in that normal range.
