Hi there, i experience visual trailing/palinopsia and mild pain in my eyes. i was prescribed topiramate for weight loss and as a supplementary mood stabiliser, but was told that there are many side effects that come from using it. is this normal?

Side effects: Per Drugs.Com - Topirimate can cause ocular side effects: "Common (1% to 10%): Vision blurred, diplopia, visual disturbance ** Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Visual acuity reduced, scotoma, myopia, abnormal sensation in eye, dry eye, photophobia, blepharospasm, lacrimation increased, photopsia, mydriasis, presbyopia"
