I have had a h/a everyday since last thurs. sometimes 2x a day. today i had 3 ha episodes at work at diff times. unilateral on the right side behind eye. i take 25mg topamax (topiramate) 2x a day. please help!

Migraine Cluster: You are in a midst of a cluster. you are on topiramate for preventative therapy, but you need acute abortive therapy such as oxygen or other therapies. Best to discuss with your doctor.
