2 day after digital rectal exam for piles, my body became kind of sensitive. both hands are becoming numb frequently, with very little pressure,mainly ring n little finger side of arm. does nerve compression in one area affect whole body?

No: Not likely to be directly related to rectal exam. Your physician should be aware of your new symptoms. Your current symptoms suggest either cervical radiculopathy or carpal tunnel/ ulnar neuropathy among others.
