Not clear: Pinched nerve in the neck can cause arm and hand pain, numbness, weakness. Tennis elbow typically causes elbow pain and weak hand grip. It is unclear where you were injected. Your doctor should be able to sort out whether this is a neck/nerve problem, or an inflammation of the elbow.
