Dear my father is 56 years old. he had the right side kidney removed because of cancer in 2016 in china. and after that he got type 2 diabetes. recently he is suffering from high blood pressure for 15 days. pressure is 100/150 ?

See a Dr.: He should see a Dr. There are many causes for high blood pressure, and one of them is kidney disease. If his second kidney is having difficulty, the Dr may change medications or prescribe a specific diet to keep the damage to a minimum. Make sure his diabetes is being well controlled. Test 4-5 times daily and adjust meds and diet according to results.

Needs assessment: He needs to be assessed by his doc. Many times blood pressure is reactive or secondary to other conditions and thorough workup is needed. Best would be through his doc to have continuity of care and connect to his preexistent issues.
