Plantar fasciitis: Hard to diagnose foot pain without an exam. Try things like shifting your weight periodically, getting gel insoles or finding a padded mat to stand on. See your doctor for a definitive diagnosis.

Don'tIgnoreFootPain: 2 common causes of foot pain are planter fasciitis and heel spurs . Feet hurt worse after being off of them for fasciitis , and spurs hurt worse near heel. Wear shoes with good arch supports- commercial tennis shoes like nikes usually help. If not, see podiatrist, x-rays needed. If you are overweight, loosing weight is essential.
