Stay non wt bearing: Hard to answer your question without knowing more about your fracture, but if you're in a non-weight bearing cast it probably is important to keep all weight off the foot. Putting stress across the fracture site could displace the broken pieces or lead to problems with healing.

Depends: If your first cuneiform fracture is being treated with a nonweightbearing cast, you will need crutches to get around, and you will need to keep your foot nonweightbearing as directed by your doctor. If you can do your job, and it is cleared with your employer you may be able to go back to work.
