Should i go and be tested if i have the following symptoms for 3 days: severe migraine, sore throat, nausea, body aches, chills, cough occasionally and a temperature on the 1st day?

Covid-19 symptoms include fever/chills, cough, fatigue, muscle/body aches, headache, sore throat, loss of taste/smell. Assume you are positive and self isolate for 14 days to prevent spreading the disease. See a Dr for worsening difficulty breathing, Blue lips/nails, persistent chest pain, confusion/lethargy. Testing may be needed for you to go back to work after you recover.
