See a doctor: You did not say where you were losing blood. This occurs most often from the GI tract and or involves excess anticoagulants. Understanding the source of the problem is paramount to resolving this blood,loss. Take iron tablets 3 times daily, and discuss blood transfusions if your levels are too low, but see your doc ASAP to determine the cause, and then get a realistic treatment program. Good luck.
