How can i get a doctor note . i been off work for three days due to a serious headache and my job is demanding that i bring a doctor note or else i get fired and i dont want to loose my job as a single mom.

Your GP: Or PCP will be in best position to provide such a letter as knowing best your medical history. Otherwise with no documentation of a visit and for legal purposes such notes cannot be issued and relied upon.
