Lamisil/Hydrocortiso: Use Lamisil (terbinafine) and apply to infected and normal skin 2 cm beyond affected area each day for a period of one month. The first week pair this with Hydrocortisone 1% daily. If this fails to resolve the problem then best to be seen to consider other causes. You may need an oral antifungal if the topical regimen fails and the lesion is determined to truly be ringworm. Hope this helps.

Not fungus: No everything that is round or annular is ringworm or fungus. If the eruption does not itch, then you can't call it fungus. Annular erythemas often are misdiagnosed as fungus.
