Time for check up: Your solution does not seem to be working and I wonder if a trip to the physicians office would be worth it to you. What you describe sounds like irritation of the groin likely from friction/heat, and without rash, does not sound fungal. Need an examination to be sure. If you develop sensitivity to component of the cream, then it could worsen, but would also cause rash. Likely just not helping
