A member asked:

Is there an intermittent fast that does not make you lose as much weight as the others? i do not want to lose weight but would like some of the health benefits it would/could introduce.

Intermittent fasting: Intermittent fasting doesn't always lead to weight loss. You typically eat all your food in a 4-6 hour window. If you avoid processed food and eat adequate calories, you will maintain an optimal body composition. Body composition is much more important than weight because you can have excessive body fat (the definition of obesity) at any size or weight.
