Slow down: Your extra weight didn't come overnight nor should you lose your weight too quickly. Quick weight loss usually leads to a quick weight regain. Your best bet is to work with a nutritionist and join a gym to work with a trainer. The more legitimate your effort now the greater the chance of losing the weigh and keeping it off long term.
