A member asked:

If my doctor who has treated me for over 20 years has booked me off under 'comorbidity" due to asthma and being 55 years old, can my employer insist that i get a 2nd opinion?

Unclear: Not sure I understand your description of the situation. Does "booked off" mean that the doctor is no longer willing to treat you? Is the employer paying for your health insurance? How does your employer become involved with any of your medical matters? I am assuming that this must not be in the US, where we have relative privacy over our own medical issues.
