That isn't normal to have yellow phlegm after exercising. If you smoke then please stop. Please see your doctor or a pulmonologist for a complete evaluation of your asthma. If you had worse secretions, green sputum, fever, or shortness of breath, then you would have to go to the er.

You have asthma and you say you cough every day.Cough is also a symptom of asthma and if you want to stop coughing you need a controller medicine like singular or inlaled corticosteroid or a combination of steroid and long acting bronchodilater. You should have a pulmonary function test done and if it shows restriction, repeat after two puffs of albuterol to see the reversibility of the restriction.
