One year on bc. this month spotting started day 1 of new pack. no period but continued spotting. very minimal but now on day 12 of light spotting. what would cause this and what do i do ? have pcos and always take the placebo week.

Irregular bleeding: Causes of irregular bleeding include: hormonal fluctuations due to stress, too much exercise, thyroid imbalance, uterine fibroids or wall thickening. Most probably, this bleeding will self adjust so that your cycle is regular. If you are concerned about other causes, talk to your Dr for testing if this pattern persists.
