Cow's milk protein: Your baby was being treated for reflux and cow's milk allergy. However, very often infants may have cow's milk intolerance rather than an actual allergic reaction. The allergic reaction is often associated with a rash. https://babyyumyum.co.za/cows-milk-protein-allergy-from-diagnosis-to-treatment/ Please try a soy based formula and consider allergy testing.

Transition: At 11 months old, a baby should be eating 3 meals (including pureed/soft veggies, fruits, meats) and 2 snacks and drinking only about 600ml of formula daily (after meals). You should be getting ready to transition her to milk or toddler formula. It is probable that your baby no longer has the reflux which required the nexium and novolac specialty formula. Try to transition over 1-2 weeks
