Reflux: Do not do anything without your doctor instructing you to do so. I assume your have seen the pediatrician - perhaps a visit to a pediatric GI specialist may help. The reflux has to be evaluated.

Other measures: The dose should be adjusted as the baby grows to treat her reflux, Monitor her growth and weight gain, add a thickener to the feeds and feed at an angle of at least 30 degrees. Avoid over feeding, burp mid and after her feeding. Discuss feeding during follow up visits.
