Is nexium (esomeprazole) good treatment for reflux for my 7 months old baby?

No : never give OTC medications to an infant without consulting your primary care practitioner. Some babies spit up more frequently than others. This is not reflux. This is normal. Some babies are just urpers. So long as the baby is gaining weight normally, and has no coughing episodes, enough food is staying down.
