Hi there, i have a 3 month old baby currently suffering from reflux. we've been using nexium for the past 5days with no improvement. i feel that the baby has lost some weight as she throws up most of her feed. this happens daily with most feeds.

Some basics: Reflux is a transitional process that tends to worsen as infants begin to move more @ 3-5 months. It peaks & gradually subsides after they spend more time sitting or standing (gravity holds the food down. The most you can expect from nexium is less pain from the acid backwash. Thickened feeds & spending more time upright may help.
