Guesswork: Without examination and x-rays to visualize is to guess. Statistically the chance of the 3'rd molar being a viable replacement in size, shape, angulation, and position for the previously extracted second molar is very slim. Please see your Dentist for an informed opinion after a thorough evaluation.
