At the time of maxilo facial surgery bone grafting is good or let bone grow naturally ?

Situational dependen: I prefer not to use nay bone grafting if possible but if I have to do, i consider using patient's own bone if possible.

Bone usually will grow back naturally without grafting if the infection is controlled. First treated the infection (debridement and antibiotic therapy), then undergoes maxillofacial surgery (extraction) without grafting. It is cheaper that way.
