VERY UNLIKELY!: Lanap is a laser assisted periodontal /gum surgery normally is geared towards removal of infected gum tissues around the neck of the teeth, ; only down to the tip of the crestal jaw bone, then letting the gum heal to create new attachments ; get tight around teeth on its own. It is very unusual to be able to include bone graft.(not adequate access !) get a 2nd opinion ; ask for clear explanations.

No bone is added: LANAP does not involve bone grafting. The results many times do result in bone regeneration but this is from the laser.
