Treat symptoms: Testing does not change the treatment for Covid-19 unless the symptoms are serious enough to be hospitalized. Treat symptoms at home: Pain relievers for body aches, fever reducers for temp over 100.4, decongestants/nasal saline washes, cough meds, inhaler if you have asthma. See a Dr for trouble breathing/blue lips, persistent chest pain, confusion or lethargy. Self isolate to prevent spread.

COVID concerns: I agree w Dr. Kratzberg. You can quarantine if you don't get tested.Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
