Whether or not a doctor would screen you for a AAA in your 20s would depend on why you think you have one and if you have any physical findings consistent with having one. You can be screened by having an abdominal ultrasound and the order would indicate this is what is being looked for so the tech would know. See a cardiologist to see about screening. Good luck!
