Not usually: discharge papers usually only give the discharge diagnosis and whatever recommendations they have for you about driving, bed rest, medications and follow up appointments. The discharge summary, which is usually done shortly after discharge by the physician, may have all that information, but it would depend on how important the fact that you were tested and the results are.
